LOCATION
(please plan your route in advance as we are not easy to find!)
Access to and from the St George's Hill private estate is only possible via Old Avenue (off Queens Road - A317) or Brooklands Road (B374) - all other entrances are blocked.

SATELLITE NAVIGATION SYSTEMS & ROUTE PLANNERS:
INPUT: 'Old Avenue KT13 0PQ' - the Estate entrance is at the end of this road.
OR: '232 Brooklands Road KT13 0RJ' - the Estate entrance is next to this house.
Remember to input this postcode to exit the estate before inputting your onward destination.

The M25, A3 and local roads are usually very congested in the morning, and there are local roadworks on a regular basis, so please allow plenty of time for your journey.
Use the "Find Us" link above for a detailed map.
We recommend that you plan your route in advance by using the AA Route Planner on www.theaa.com

DIRECTIONS FROM M25, USING THE OLD AVENUE ENTRANCE:-
- Turn off M25 at Junction 10 (A3 towards London);
- Turn off at Painshill Junction (A245 towards Byfleet);
- Turn right at first set of traffic lights on to Seven Hills Road (B365);
- Straight across mini roundabout;
- At next roundabout take A317 towards Weybridge (Queens Road);
- Take third road on left (Old Avenue)- the entrance to the St George's Hill estate is at the end of this road - the security guard will direct you to us.

IF USING THE BROOKLANDS ROAD ENTRANCE, please note that it is not marked with a road name - it is by a long painted filter lane in the middle of the road at the bottom of a hill about 1.5 miles along in either direction. Once you enter the Estate, take the middle fork (Cavendish Road) then bear right onto Golf Club Road.
(*Satellite Navigation Systems - Input '232 Brooklands Road KT13 0RJ' - this is the house directly next to the Estate entrance.)

RAIL: Nearest station Weybridge (direct line from Waterloo) - taxi rank outside (we are approximately 2 miles away)
AIRPORTS: Heathrow 20 miles, Gatwick 30 miles
