With those members who have already booked their place at this dinner, the event is getting towards needing to have a numbers cap as there has been a very positive response. In view of the timescale we need to get closer to finalising the numbers.
We ask that those members who wish to attend but have not reserved a place thus far, do so, no later than the 15th March 2012 at which stage new applications will be placed on the Waiting List. Reservations, should we get close to filling the hall, will be on a first come first served basis, and should it be necessary, a waiting list process will ensue.
Centenary Ball at the Savoy 21st September 2013
Further to the recent communication we are pleased to confirm the Centenary Ball will proceed as originally planned at the Savoy Hotel. We are delighted with the support received and the event is now fully booked with 380 people attending. This does mean that we have some Members who have expressed a desire to attend that at this moment we are unable to accommodate.
