DIRECTIONS FROM M25, using the Old Avenue entrance:-
Turn off M25 at Junction 10 (A3 towards London);
Turn off at Painshill Junction (A245 towards Byfleet;
Turn right at first set of traffic lights on to Seven Hills Road (b365);
Straight across mini roundabout;
At next roundabout take A317 towards Weybridge (Queens Road);
Take third turning on the left (Old Avenue) - the entrance to the St George's Hill estate is at the end of this raod - the security guard will direct you to us.

THE BROOKLANDS ROAD entrance to the Estate is not marked with a road name - it is by a long painted filter lane in the middle of the road at the bottom of a hill about 1.5 miles along in either direction (next to houe no.232).  Once you enter the estate, take the middle fork (Cavendish Road) then bear right onto Golf Club Road - we are approximately one mile along this road.

RAIL
We are approximately 2 mile away from Weybridge station (direct line from Waterloo) - there is a taxi rank outside the station.
