From the teeing ground just below the Clubhouse you drive over a valley, avoiding the bunkers on left and right, onto a steep uphill fairway. A good drive leaves a mid to short iron to a flat plateau green situated slightly to the left at the top of the hill. Only the top half of the flag is generally visible from the fairway. The green is guarded by a bunker front left and four bunkers set into the hill on the right.
