• Turn off M25 at Junction 10 (A3 towards London);

• Turn right at first set of traffic lights on to Seven Hills Road (B365);

• At next roundabout take A317 towards Weybridge (Queens Road);
• Take third road on left (Old Avenue) – the entrance to the St George’s Hill estate is at the end of this road – the security guard will direct you to us.

The Brooklands Road entrance to the Estate is not marked with a road name – it is by a long painted filter lane in the middle of the road at the bottom of a hill about 1 ½ miles along in either direction (next to house no. 232).  Once you enter the Estate, take the middle fork (Cavendish Road) then bear right onto Golf Club Road – we are approximately one mile along this road.

The nearest station is Weybridge (direct line from Waterloo).  There is a taxi rank outside (we are approximately 2 miles away).

• The Clubhouse opens at 7am.
• Cigarettes/E-Cigarettes are not permitted in the Clubhouse.

• Golf clothing, as noted above, is permitted in the clubhouse lounges.
• Gentlemen should always have their shirts tucked in; Ladies are expected to wear their attire in an appropriate fashion.
• No headwear should be worn in the clubhouse. (men and ladies)
• In the dining room, gentlemen should wear jackets unless discretion has been given by the Captain or General Manager, ties are preferred. There will be some events where ties will be obligatory.
• Shorts, nor golf shoes, should not be worn at any time in the dining room.
• Flip Flops, Sliders and Crocs are not appropriate footwear for men or ladies.
• All luggage, including golf shoes, should be left in the changing rooms both before and after golf.

• Voice calls on mobile phones should be confined to the car park only.
• The use of mobiles phones for score entry should be discreet.
• Phones should be on silent at all times.

In the event of a fire in the Clubhouse, a fire alarm will sound. Please leave via the nearest exit. Fire exits will be clearly marked with lit green signs. Continue to main car park and wait for further instructions from the fire wardens (Orange or Yellow fluorescent jackets).

Please avoid slow play, as it is frustrating to those behind you, and please pick up when you cannot score.

• Conventional golf apparel is required at all times.
• Shirts should have collars and be tucked in at all times.
• Caps and visors should always have the peaks facing forwards.
• Denim, cargo style shorts or trousers, trainers, sleeveless shirts, T-shirts, tracksuits and gym/streetwear or any clothing carrying large or offensive logos or slogans, are not permitted.
• Gentlemen may wear tailored shorts on the course if accompanied by either knee length socks of any colour or white socks of any length. All short socks must be white in colour with only a discreet logo.

• Conventional golf apparel is required at all times.
• Caps and visors should always have the peaks facing forwards.
• Denim, cargo style shorts or trousers, trainers, T-shirts, tracksuits and gym/streetwear or any clothing carrying large or offensive logos or slogans, are not permitted.

• Trolleys/electric trolleys are available for hire from the Professional’s Shop.
• Buggies: We are mainly a walking course, however we have a small number of three wheeler ride on buggies for hire for medical reasons from the Professional’s Shop 01932 843523 (please book in advance).
• Caddies to be pre-booked via the Caddiemaster (01932 858175), and paid by cash on the day –
• NB. if you subsequently cancel your booking or reduce the number of players, you must notify the Caddiemaster at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the full fee is payable.

For all play at this course, a player may obtain distance information by using a device that measures distance only.  If, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance-measuring device that is designed to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his play (eg gradient, wind speed, temperature, etc), the player is in breach of Rule 14.3, for which the penalty is disqualification, regardless of whether any such additional function is actually used.

In the event of adverse or potentially dangerous weather, e.g. rain/lightning/fog, if the Club Management decide that conditions become too dangerous or that the course is unfit for play, they will halt proceedings.  Golfers will be signalled to stop play by the sounding of a klaxon (long single blast) and at this time all players must mark the position of their ball and leave the course immediately.   Play will resume when possible.
